The hotel is clean and convenient. The staff is super-friendly. The beds are spacious. They offer a great selection of fresh fruit and fresh bread at breakfast. The location is marvelous and convenient to the airport and good for visiting Irving.

At some point in time during may stay there were problems with the Wi-Fi Internet, although overall it was working fine.

This hotel is not organized at all. We stayed two nights and the first night they gave our room we were already in to another guest. They then had us locked out of our room for 4hrs while trying to fix their mess up.

1. Nice and clean hotel, quite modern, close to the DFW airport with a free shuttle. 2. Very friendly and helpful staff. 3. The swimming pool is small, but large enough for swimming. 4. Excellent value for money.

1. No restaurant on site. There are some within a 10 minute walking distance, but it's a bit far for walking the heat of August in the Dallas area. 2. No laundry service on weekends.

Staff neglected to tell us to get on shuttle list for the shuttle in the morning to the airport when they knew we needed to take it the night before. The should have been an automatic question to ask.
